Uptown Gem | 1BR w/ Pool, Walk to Shops & Eats

Positive: After a mix up with a cleaner where our room wasn't cleaned, they sorted us out with a different apartment quickly, and kept checking everything was good for us. Lovely apartments, safe location

The apartment isn't much to look at from outside but it's nice on the inside. Positive: This is a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor which is well-furnished and comfortable on the inside but in a standard cinder-block building with thin walls and old windows that stick. The A/C works. There's a smart TV. The kitchen is acceptable. The beds (two full beds in one room) were comfortable. The bathroom is obviously fairly new and very clean. The location is near a bus route but *not* near the train downtown. There is street parking, though that fills up on weekdays due to the nearby school. A supermarket is a 15-minute walk away and some restaurants (including a good Vietnamese place) are under 10 minutes' walk. There's a highway a few minutes' drive away. Negative: As with every stay, the kitchen utensils are cheap, mostly old, and the knives even more dull than in most places. There's no toaster. I don't recall seeing an oven.

Relaxed into the New year. Positive: Location is great and very spacious apartment. Negative: Sent the wrong code to open my door.

Host was very friendly and responsive, the place was perfect other than a dirty couch but GREAT STAY Negative: Couch was dirty and just a lot of noise next door, sounded like a party all night!

Positive: Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. I would stay here again! The apartment was super comfortable and spacious and in a great location to suit our needs.
